A Blank Page...what do I do now?

Typical writer's question...
Here I am at work, waiting for the day to go by. It's not "buzzing" by, it's kind of crawling at a wounded pace, like a dog with a lame foot.
Doing exercises in my cubicle is a good idea. I've been doing them off and on all day. Actual study of something else is hard, because in a call center just when your brain gets to wrap itself around an interesting idea, someone calls and then you have to uncoil your brain and get it to work around a new idea. Fast.
Still, if I have time to type a Journal entry, I can do something else edifying, can't I?
I'm studying fencing and martial arts at the moment. I'm going through Aldo Nadi's On Fencing and Bruce Lee's The Tao of Jeet Kune Do page by page. Anyone else out there studying something else while on the bosses' dime?
