I run because sitting still for me is impossible. I run because before i started running i couldn't envision myself running and Now i cannot envision myself NOT Running. I run because it makes me a healthier person in body and mind, stronger smater fitter and better. I run because i love how i feel before during and after i run. I run because with running everyday i feel like i achieve something when before i started running i never had that feeling. I run because i can. and That feels good.
