i dont want to feel that a setback is a calamity
i dont want to feel like a failure any more
i dont want platitudes expressed at me
i dont want to be taken for granted
i dont want my face rubbed in it anymore
i dont want to be in this situation again
i dont want to be left behind again
im scared

Try Kalms on the full dose, I find they can wipe you out so once you have got back into a rhythm, bring down the dosage slowly. I am on Kalms at the MO, its the only way I could survive. They are in Boots, Holland & Barratt and some supermarkets.

Hello... just dropped by to say I hope things are looking up (a little, at least). It's not always terrible - I'm still here, note, after all. Have you tried going to the doctor's if you're feeling so down?
