I'm home, recovering quite well from the operation, but I must admit that I'm getting a bit bored, especially when the kids are at school, when I'm alone with only a DVD player, lots of books and a word processor for company...
Most of all I miss not riding my bike each day. Whenever I look out the window its raining, but even so I'd love to see the outside world again - the view from the window isn't the same. I'm definitely going out somewhere tomorrow. Anywhere. Even in the rain.

Maybe a walk rahter than cycling? (thinking cycling may 'pull more' at the bits which may be still sore....) 
Being stuck inside is horrible... Although my only excuss for it at the moment, is because the `weather is always so wet at the moment, and cold...
