People might want to check out this thread F48000?thread=1247328
Essentially, we can only now access the most recent 200 threads on our convo lists. This is a temporary but indefinite change.
And to think I was already in a bad mood, when I could have waited for this. I understand there are technical issues and a bigger picture that I'm not particularly cogniscant of. It just seems the bigger bbci gets the smaller we go

I take it all back.

Not liking this very much, I have to say After a busy old week, I was going to catch up on the backlog this afternoon: now I can't get back any further than yesterday lunchtime.
I'm going to have to start unsubscribing from things, aren't I?

Jim Lynn said he might put it back to 200 on Monday. It's still at 1000 and not long til Tuesday

Yay!
Still haven't sorted out the backlog though - if it does go back, thoughts of nuggets I've missed will taunt me all week.

I opened four pages of 250 threads each and saved them to my desktop. That way I have access to those thread titles and links at least. You could probably just open one page with 1000 links too.

Cunning
It's still at 1000.
Now, even though I've had full warning that this is going to change, soon and probably without much notice, I'm now going to relax and *not* sort out my backlog. This is the act of an utter fool - but I just can't help it
(In much the same way that even though I know the planet's resources are finite and failing, I'm still going to drive to work tomorrow. I may even rev my engine a bit at some traffic lights)
