Just opening up the journal... Write a real entry later...
I think they'll just have dates as subjects, and age in weeks. Though that could be confusing to begin with. According to the book Mommy got yesterday, OBs date pregnancies from the first day of the last menstrual period, so that you're technically preggy 2 weeks before you conceive... 
So the entry I do later will have a subject something like 11.12.02--8/6 weeks...
