Off to the West Country after work tonight - desperately trying to concentrate on the day job with mixed success...
Bring it on!

You've got beautiful arms, you've got charm
I missed Charles and David in the Acoustic Tent on Saturday due to having only just managed to locate and purchase a pair of wellington boots, and being engaged at the time in a search for a stout pair of socks to make them wearable.
Bit of a shame as they were the one act that I really wanted to see - but apparently it was so popular that you couldn't even get *near* the tent to get in there. So I'd probably have missed out anyway. And they *have* got a new album to promote, so I ought to be able to see them at some point.
I'd better get my skates on - apparently Mick, their drummer, doesn't look in the best of health these days. Although there are those that say he's always looked like that.

Me being one of them Him and Charlie Watts - two peas from the same pod I reckon. I saw Chas and Dave at the Bridge House Canning Town about 20 years ago and he wasn't looking good even then!
