hi everyone...
not forgetting this thread... realised that losing my long message yesterday might have been a blessing in disguise...
the main point at the mo' really being how to put the < > in a text in GuideML... i have to do some lurking and study some entries where it has been done...
< > are also used in GuideML codes so if we use GML instead of plain text some error messages will appear...
and of course, while i'm typing that i've suddenly got an idea that might solve the problem...

LOL TRY LOKING IN WORD IN THE SPECIAL CHARETCS SECTION OR IN BETWEEN THE COMMANDS PUT A # in it ie
<#i#> italic like that you figure it out !!!

i kinda tried before but did it the lazy way so had an error message anyway... i have to try harder obviously...
on top of that i spent two hours typing a long post to someone [most of these two hours due to having to stop every five minutes to deal with my kids...] and when previewing it found out that the digibox also limits the amount of text in messages...

... that will make life easier...
you might have passed me these codes when we produced the "digibox friendly" entry but then suddenly the digibox users became the 'talk of the week'... and err... erm... i never got to changing the brackets on the entry...

that's one problem sorted...
