Well, it's probably better than being a pigeon under a statue.
How you doin' Toybox, apart from all that? Are you still going to the Brum meet? (*hopes to god she's got the right person*)
Terri.

Yes, I am the right Toy Box. Still planning to go to the Brum meet , my first hootoo meetup ever (so I'm very excited). I can't wait to get there!
As for you, the last I heard about it was you couldn't come . Is it still so? Are you planning to attend the next Paris meetup?

Bonjour, Toybox, ça va?
No, I can't make it, so you get Z's sofa all to yourself! I worked it all out, basically I could get to UK OK but as soon as I hit Brit soil, it all got stuffed up because of the shambles that calls itself a rail system!
--Also, it must be said, the dosh would have been a major problem; in the unlikely event that I get any extra cash in the near future, I've decided to invest in a new printer & combine it with a scanner.
When is the Paris meet? I could certainly get to that, 2hr direct TGV from here. If you're ever in the Angouleme region, let me know, Z has my e-mail address (not that it's that difficult to work out, I now realise!)
Anyway, please please make sure someone gets some photo's of the Brum meet to me!
Merci!
Terri.

I was in Bordeaux last September (though I wasn't a hootoo researcher at that time and didn't even know about it ! Dark times...) and occasionally stay on the Oleron island. I'll definitely let you know when I'm in that region, I'd be curious to meet you . Thank you!
As for the Paris meet , it's still very misty, see A830747. So, as far as I can see, you can suggest a date, and hopefully it will get things started again.
