interesting paper on the recent Bem paper reportedly finding some evidence for precognition. This paper widens it and says the problem is how psychologists use stats.

And it has a bit (page 4 - end section onwards about the transposed conditional problem) which gives the stats behind the 'extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence'.
