A careful articulate cosmopolitan president of the US. He will have hard things to push through, but he looks like the one to do it. Here's hope.

From what I saw on TV yesterday, it seemed to me that many heads of state are quite relieved that they will be able to communicate again with the US. You could almost hear them sighing with relief, or thinking "Now that the looney has gone, let's go to work."
