Good band, good entry.
Couple of things you might want to mention.
1) Their seminal appearance in Point Break as surfin' bad guys (maybe link to the imdb entry)
2) A bit on the look/the videos - tattoos, muscles, surfer/martial arts chic etc

I must admit I know nothing about "point Break"- and Kiedis is the only Chili I can find on the IMDB cast list. Why do you consider the film to be important enough for a mention? Do you think I should add a bit onfilms the members have been in- Flea in Fear and Loathing in las Vegas, for example?
I'll add a bit about the image.

actually, Flea's been in a hell of a lot of films- i don't remember him in Back to the Future...

Hi Egon
Tres good entry so far, not that I know anything about the band, Ihave a couple of nit picks , the following aren't really house style..
Putting a header to start and entry, it reads much easier if there's an introduction.
putting headers in caps..
putting "'s instead of 's when quotation marks are called for.

Yes, maybe a bit on their film career as a whole.
I mentioned Point Break because I thought most of the band were in it, and because they all play a group of bad guys who hang around in California, surfing and involved with drugs. It's very them...

What Z said, but again and louder!
The thing that never ceases to amaze me about the Chillis is the sheer number of people they've managed to reach out to - they seem to be the rock band of choice for huge number of people I've met who aren't into guitar-based music, or not even into music at all... I don't know quite why this is, and figure it might be worth a mention.
There's a cult Italian book, by Enrico Brizzi if memory serves, called 'Jack Frusciante Has Left The Band'. It's very good, and has been translated into English and everything, and I heartily recommend it. Although the book has very little to do with the Chillis except the title.
Egon, are you still working on this or are we wasting our time?

All in all it is a good article that could be slightly better, maybe i am just repeating what everyone has said, but it is true that their film career could have a mention in the final article, but a good band, should have a good article.

I agree with Z.
I also think that this would benefit greatly from a few good runs through a spell checker. Any chance of that happening?
But it is, otherwise, a nice entry. As far as I know, anyway.

Ah - I remember Flea in Back To The Future now. Just didn't make the connection
If you want more film/tv spots the entire band appeared in the 'Krusty Gets Kancelled' episode of The Simpsons

Of course maybe if there are any more t.v./Film appearances it would be good to add them to the list.

Aw crap, I'd forgotten about this. I'm currently trying to get two essays finished by the end of the week, but I have a two week break starting Saturday so I *will* do something with it during that time. Honest!
