Work alone or work in a team?
Sorry if the subject is misleading... it could mean a lot of things really.

Depends a lot on what kind of stuff it is that is being worked on... But in general I prefer working in a team so long as they know what they are doing and will 'listen' to arguements as to why a certain course of action is the correct and why another isn't the correct. Though I work alone pretty much, but do work with my boss on new projects, though is mainly by Email and telephone corospondance with him
