Hello, just need a bit of direction

I am a huge fan of Douglas Adams. Just became one in the last year actually. I am an aspiring writer and have put loads of comedic moments in my stories since I have gotten into Adams. I am of course always looking for some good idea's and good conversation with other creative individuals. So in essence I am saying hello and wondering where might be the best place for me to go on this site? thanks
