I'm new & just signed up
some friends & I were discussing "SOD" last night and apart from the 'Turf' interpretation I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me the meaning of the swear word "SOD" and its definition?

Before the flush toilet, when dry toilets were still common weren't the contents that had to be taken out called 'sods'?
