Click onto "My Space" it will take you back to your Personal Space and you will find a welcome message giving you hints on how to use the site..

Hello and welcome to h2g2, shinyvick!
If you have a look at your Message Centre on your User Space (about a third of the way down the page), you'll find I've left you a welcome message with some hints and tips to help you find your way around h2g2. 
As friendly as we are though, I wouldn't recommend you posting your address on an internet forum. If you're looking for friends on the internet though, I'm sure you'll make lots right here.
