8x8 grid and 42 times the age of the universe.

Hello - I was working something out about combinations of black and white squares in a simple 8 x 8 grid when I discovered that if all the combinations were seen at a rate of one a second it would take 42 times the age of the universe to see them all. Since this is related to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything I was wondering if h2g2 members would be interested. The relevant web page is http://www.toxicdrums.com/something-interesting.htm. Let me know what you think - thank you. Sam.
