i was wanderin if anyone can give me a simple but effective diet for muscle buildin, i am 18 and hav started playin rugby and altho i have done some weight lifting before i didnt have an effective technique and i could reali do with some help? smiley - ok

Try to stick to mostly protien as this helps build muscle, take in small amouts of carbs for energy but only complex carbs not simple ones like the ones in white bread for instance. You can also get suplumentry protein drinks from any health food shop for muscle building. But as we any change in diet check with your doctor first. Your gym should also be able to advise you on the best diet for you.
