yeh thanks im fine
just re doing my space its driveing me up the wall as usual 
iv linked my photo album as well not got much on it at the moment but i plan to keep adding that was a pain i did it one way put it in here and got illegal us of amp stand illegal use of that

it was till i got it to work i realy perked up at that point and was over come with a sence of achevement

I try things out on a test page. When I have got it right I copy and paste it across.. At least my mistakes are only seen by lil ol' me!

i usually just preview first if it work and the link is good press back and update so if any thing goes wrong its not all wiped out

I learnt a lot from GodBen..
I pinched his codes and then pulled them apart.. He was very good about it and eventually explained a few things to me..
