What on earth does Bou being on probation (why do you insist on associating with this kind of person, my wooh, it only makes your situation worse) have to do with helping to translate for you? If he's done nothing wrong while on probation, he's nothing to worry about. If he has, then you don't want him around anyway, you don't need that kind of aggravation on top of all else.

Logical place is next to guitars. As you know i have an "el Cheapo, which i can't play, keep for if visitors want to jam. I also hve a valuable Fender, which i can play & love. It's disappeeared, along with stagg stand but NOT the travelling bag, which lives under the bed & is noisy to removesappeared.

Only two people know about the stagg and & where spare key is kept. I was brave & went round & deandd MY jembe & MY Guitar back. Got the djembe, not the guitar. Callled cops, who justsay "oh, make a plaint on Monday" Dooor answered by cuisin, who is built like brick shithouse. Claims Bou now in Bordeuux for op on fooot, which is an odd time to travel (3.30am for schduuld op for Septem

But no, you do NOT need him around, and you leaving to get away from him would be a last resort. You say he's on probation? Get the cops there as quickly as possible. They may have wanted you to come in to make a complaint about the guitar- I've had to file a complaint for stolen stuff and it was the same here- but they will come around in an emergency if your safety is in jeopardy.

Get his sorry ass back in jail where it belongs. And if his cousin threatens you, he can join him.

Yes, having personal property- be it expensive, sentimental, both, or neither- is devastating. It's awful when someone takes your stuff, even worse when someone who you should be able to trust takes something important or necessary or meaningful. It's such a huge invasion of privacy, and disregard for personal boundaries and feelings.

Being deceiving in order to take something from me is the #1 thing that makes me end a friendship- you'll remember I ended one on here because of that. So I totally agree with you.

But the guy's man enough to steal your stuff, but not to face you when confronted? Then he has to out one of his thugs on you? You're better off without trash like that in your life.
