Horrible isn't it, not being able to slepe, I tried to go to bed earlyer last night, and ended up laying in bed not slepeing till about 5 AM 
and after finally falling asleep woke for some reason before 10 AM, even though I've nothing left to get up for really

It is rather unpleasant... I was up not sleeping not because I had thoughts running around my head or chronic feelings keeping me up, I was abit tired but just couldn't enter the gates to the dream world. Drives you mad...
