I've been really thinking about it, and have come to the desicion that if you would find any input by me helpful on the self harm side then I'd be happy to help

I'd like your input Suz... I think Self harm is an important part of BPD and although that's not your diagnosis the trigger and feeling surrounding it are much the same... I know there's an entry on self injury already but I still think it deserve a paragraph in my entry...
