I shouldn't have stopped to reply to Suz's journal. I'm tired I feel like sh!t and I have crap couple of days ahead of me what with having to get on with college course and seeing a psych to try get myself out of this court case... looking to the long term I have sh1te life ahead of me, I'm fat pathetic and friendless and am unable to cope with anything.

but all i can say is hold in there things will get better with time

take my life for example 12 months ago i was homeles separated from my kids not knowing what the next day would be like

i hit the drink quite heavely
and now i am happaly married living in scotland having regular contact with kids as well as 2 knew children that love me

things can change just keep you head up and focos on 1 day at a time

i know how u feel hunny, i get like this myself..... i cud have easily done it in my room couple weeks ago cos theyre is still a knife blade in there, but i didnt...
