He's/she's not being very helpful?

Saw him for the first since he discharged me as an in-patient and all he did for the half an hour I had with him was 'bully' me by doing all the talking and not asking the right questions... he's talking about reducing my olanzapine which is a stupid thing to do when I'm self harming so much a feeling so suicidal... He's not interested in doing what he could do to relieve the major stress in my life at the moment which is this trial by declaring me unfit for it... thr trial is the major trigger of suicidal obsessive thinking in me at the moment... I can't cope with it, I can't even cope with ttaveling to the cinny at the moment...

What sort of councelling are you having? And what kinds have you tried?

I've not been given any councelling except for a couple of 'psycho-therapy' sessions when I was an in-patient... I've been pushing for some CBT and finally have a date for a first appointment in December... I think CBT will help me as long as I'm in the right state of mind to make the most of it... I loose insight into what's happening in my head and I feel like my brain has turned to useless mush at times and I can't stop thinkinng negatively...

I've been having the symptoms of BPD for 14 years but I've only been in the mental health system for less than a year.

Whats this trial thing? You should be able to ask to be taken out of any kind of medical trial, they are voluentary... They don't like* doing it, as they prefer all those that enter to finish, but it is* your choice

Have you tried to get your appointment pulled forward for the councelling?

The trial is the kind of one with Magistares...

I haven't tried to get in the councelling pulled forward because it's been made clear there is no point in trying...
