... for making fun of a friend who has had a long history of losing her keys. I'm supposed to be on my way to my hometown to play Bunko and have dinner and drinks with a cadre of women. Instead I'm at my w*rk computer, making phone calls and trying to figure out if I left them at the place we had lunch or in the vehicle of the person who drove us to lunch. Karma sucks.

Has anybody asked you the mind-numbingly stupid question yet?

If i knew that i'd have found them by now wouldn't i you dollop

I went through all that... 'I know I had them when I bought the cookie after lunch... did I put them in my pocket or leave them on the counter?' They were in the back seat of the vehicle I rode in. A workaholic friend who was still in the office drove me to the house of the vehicle owner and the keys were found, I was no longer stranded and I made it to Bunko in time for the first roll.
