You can view it at http://groups.google.com/groups?group=rec.arts.int-fiction [record appearances of the word "group", provided that by record you mean "I just noticed the large amount of"], but you'd be better off with a newsreader and so on if you want to contibute to a great extent. There are FAQs and such like on the Net, if you can't find anything about it let me know and I'll search some out.
