I have a terrible hangover.

I am terribly dehydrated, i took my meds on top of a bucket load of wine, so my liver is cross with me too. My head is pounding and i have only myself to blame.

It is not big and not clever

Make sure you drink lots of water to stop the dehydration.

what is even worse is i really fancy a fried egg on toast !

As someone who hardly drinks beer anymore - just one a night now, I CAN ONLY (oops sorry no shouting!!) pass on my hangover prevention/lessener. 1 pint of water and a good sized dinner before the session always made the effects negligible.

well at least you are recovered! i've never had a hangover would you believe? most people my age where i live, plan to and do get smashed at least once a weekend... never fancied it myself. alcohol has never been a big thing in our house as we have usually been allowed some when we ask
