I know i need to see the doc about my back but i am loathe to do it for 2 reasons:
1 - i will have to argue with the 
to get an emergency appointment today - providing i phone at 1 second past 8am to get one before they are all used up. (one time they were and she said phone in the morning to get one. I said but in that case why not just allocate me one now cos i will need it and apparently she couldnt, where is the sense in that? Its madness, so i simply phoned the next morning and got one annoying the and having to argue about it. 
)
2 - he will just give me strong painkillers cos i am now 15 months into a waiting list for a referal appointment to the hospital for physio for it. Hang on a minute...strong painkillers - maybe i will go 
grumpy cos i missed the scottish meet up cos of it 
Back ache is bad enough but feels like my legs are being broken when my muscles go into spasms..
