I notice you posted some time ago [3 hrs as I type] but for some reason your much-needed words of encouragement only showed on my screen less than 30 mins ago

How are you?
Quitting time, my favorite part of the day.
Near as I recall the symptoms of H2G2 withdrawal
are: heart palpitations, sweaty palms, stomach cramps, jitters, and a reluctance to enter real life... In some cases, such as the researcher who told me this, it takes just ten minutes for symptoms to appear.
Good luck getting back into your regular account. It took me several months and some 
to get back into my pre BBC account.
