Well I did it!!!
1 hour on a treadmill and I didn't collapse at the end of it!!! YAY!!!!
Sweated like crazy and my heart rate went up to 202 max 
I did mostly fast walking, but I did run for 15 minutes, and I also did some up hill climbing too. 
Anyone want to rub my thighs for me? They're terribly stiff and painfull now!
