Sister in law has been offered a weeks course of intensive radio therapy and then a course of hormone therapy.. I'm not sure what the latter will do.

Hope the baby is healthy and has a good life ahead of them, they sure have a loving family to surround themThank goodness for that.

Here is an update on Anne

I sent her husband an e-mail to find out exactly what is going on. His reply is as follows:

I take it they havn't told you everything that is going on.
The answer to your question is
Anne has got cancer again.
It is secondary breast cancer.
It is in the pelvis and the lumber reigions of her back.
There is also a spot on her ribs on the left hand side.
We start radiotherapy next week.


We still don't know how long she has, because they themselves do not know either. According to her husband, they should find out more next week.

Anne is fine at the moment and is in no pain, which is very good.

I suppose we all sit and wait now.
