Henry (or is it Bob?). Which name would you like to use here?
When you say I'm going to assume you mean why are you not allowed to write anything on h2g2 anymore.
You can write Bob, about almost anything you like. I guess you have a favourite hobby yes? Well let me know here what it is and I'll see if I can help you get something together on that hobby.
I'll wait to hear from you. Tell me whereabouts you live (which country for a start) because that will help. Also I would like to know why your name is Bob and a half. Sounds interesting.

Henry/Bob/less than perfect, I guess, create entries on your personal space. That should be perfectly legit. 
Get involved in conversations, that should be good, too.
After you get to know the site a bit better, submit something you wrote to the Writing Workshop. From there, you'll get further help at producing something more worthwhile than your schizoid name!!
