I want you to know that thanks to your email I have this song in my head for good.
YESS We have no BANANAS... We have no BANANAS today!
YESS We have no BANANAS... BANANAS in SCRAMPTON, P-A!

Ah ha. It was just a trick to trick you. Actually I've been looking it up and you were quoting a song that Arlo Guthrie quotes at the end of 30,000 Pounds of Bananas. The final bit goes (at least on the live version I have) is "Yes, we have no banans/We have no bananas today/Yes we have no bananas/Bananas in Scrampton, P-A"
I thought it was from that song. I've never heard the original, I don't think.
If I can find the lyrics to "30,000 Pounds of Bananas" I'll put em up. It's quite a long song.

Far as I know it's a Louis Prima song that was allegedly stolen by the Muppets but I have no record of that part.

That raises a very important question.
How do you kill a muppet?

I'm guessing with a lintbrush.
Or sticky tape, I guess.
Then again, that might just skin them. Then you could sell muppet pelts.

Just to be a spoilsport...
...There ain't no such place as Scrampton, PA. There's a Scranton, but that's as close as you get.
