I’m Candi. I’d like to welcome you to H2G2. I hope you find it as interesting and enjoyable as I do. I’m an ACE, which means I get to greet newcomers to the site and be generally helpful and friendly whenever I can!

Take your time and enjoy yourself - there’s something here for everyone, whatever your interests. Just type in any subject in the search box and have a read, or join in or start conversations with other researchers – don’t worry if you don’t get a reply straight away, someone will talk to you before long if you persist! Have a go at writing a Guide entry. Or just hang around…..it’s all good fun

Thank you so much for welcoming me. Yeah, this site is intimidating, but I love it already. I’ve been thinking about some guide entries and will definitely have my try at it. Unfortunately, I haven’t read any Douglas Adams in some time (past girlfriend escaped to California with my Adams collection) so my “Adamsian” wit is somewhat dulled. Still I will try and try. Starting tomorrow, after showering, I avow to have a frank discussion with my towel, about life, the universe, and everything. My showers tend to be lonely anyway…wish you were there.
