Jimcracker is having problems logging onto h2g2

Jimcracker has never changed his login details and previously never had any problems logging on to h2g2. For the past four days, his login details have not been recognised even though they are correct. He has tried to contact h2g2 by email for help in changing his login password but keep on saying that he login details are incorrect.
