it seems we are losing some of our most beloved and prolific alumni http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/F19585?thread=8081057&latest=1 Bels for one and if Him... then who else will we lose as well!! please... can you figure out what is happening here? thanks

That's bang out of order. Bels was one of the finest Researchers we had until his untimely demise.
