I feel stunned after reading on BBCi Text on Freeview that the BBC are closing down about 200 websites that they currently run, and one listed was h2g2

Hi Wendy. Thanks for your concern. The news has been slightly misreported. H2G2 is not closing, but we are actively looking for a new home/owner. You can read the full announcement here: F77636?thread=8018187

Do you have any idea who we (I) could talk to about becoming the custodian of the site? I would be very interested in maintaining a non-commercial site for the people, may they be human or otherwise.... Just don't know who to contact?
