A735275 h2g2 Guidelines for Discussions During the Iraq War should surely be a Help Page, not an Edited Guide Entry, no? Anyway, it's not in the categorisation system.

The first line reads, "Please note that these guidelines are no longer in operation. They are left here for discussion."
So no, it's not a help page. It's more a fossil; a dead thing. Much like the government policy that this page was introduced to 'help' with back in the days when it was a Help page.
