This may be a dumb idea but I'm going to say it anyway...
Suppose that instead of using the "discuss this entry" method of adding a thread to the peer-review forum, a form was created, which did largely the same thing, (like my auto-post for the donut stall thread on my page) but had one or two extra options, like "Would you like this entry to be included in one or none of the following Peer Review categories?" With options such as science, places, people etc. Then would it be possible to have the main peer review page with all the threads in, but also have peer review category pages? Because for example oftentimes after an entry is edited, perhaps before its quite made it to the front page, someone suggests a technical point, or has a slight quible with the entry... if there was some way to sort through PeerReview for entries which you have special knowledge on (for me I'd look specially at astronomy & classical music entries) I think it would be a Good Thing, although its very valuable to just be able to dip in at random to see if you think an entry is well written, and if its on a subject you don't know to see if you can understand it.
I think that this would have the added benefit of not completely obscuring threads right at the beginning of the peer review, as there would be less threads on Peer Review category pages.
There, my ramble's over now.

Perhaps the stop-gap measure would be to post a link to the PR thread and entry on the relevant h2g2 university page? {either automatically, or manually}
If a form ever does get done, sections for 'entry number' and 'entry title' would be good - with the link automatically put in the body of the post, and the subject set up correct.
