Step 2: "Remove the top of the pumpkin, and note the colour of the seeds: if they're green, the pumpkin's ripe; if they're not green, well, it means it's probably not."
I had a quick read through the Entry, and wonder what the significance of that sentence is - is it that if the pumpkin is not ripe, you shouldn't make the soup with the flesh?
