U43530. Winchester Cathedral was contacted, and the Media & Communications department replied 'We would have no particular objection on condition the photographer is not receiving any payment... the credit should be his or hers.
...can we please make sure it doesn’t suggest that JoA is buried in Winchester Cathedral or that there a shrine – otherwise we’ll get people wanting to see her grave. Believe me, it happens!'

That file name you provided is not correct. Having a quick look at the Image library, I can see the names of three files it might be, but I don't know which one to use.
