It should have been so easy ...

Hello .... again.
Well, the work-around for the journal entry 'deletion' was good. Foolish of me to want more, really.
The thing is though, I originally registered with a hotmail address. I don't use hotmail any more, so
I tried to change the mail address in my details. Ha!
I filled in the form. I altered my password from [email protected] to [email protected].
I submitted it. I went to my mail at excite. I clicked on the link you sent me.
I got an error message back. And now, there is a NEW, unwanted h2g2 account for a NEW, unwanted
user who is now effectively preventing me from having my own mail address!
Excellent.
Only, can someone undo it, please?
Thanks
Jellyclock

email all the details to [email protected] - include both researcher numbers and which email address you want to relate to which. Oh and tell me your password as well. I will sort it out from here.
