And not said anything to me! That was over a week ago and I still have not heard anything. Is this normal ?

Yes. It's normal. This entry is part of the queue from before the new peer review system.
After subeditors are given the article to edit and pass on to the editors, it's assigned a new number. Subeditors generally will not contact you unless there's something they can't figure out. If you have questions about the editing that was done (or feel that the editing introduced an error into the article), you can contact the subeditor and let them know.
The article will possibly be edited again by the full editors before it becomes an official 'edited' entry.

Thanks for the information, I was just misunderstood the process and though the researcher was notified at the point it was edited. Know better now.

It was a bit of a shock to me the first time it happened. Suddenly there was an entry of mine that I couldn't edit and it had different stuff in it!
You will receive notification at the end of the final stage by the editors -- either a rejection with specific comments, or a note that it's been approved (or I guess they call it edited now).
Of course, part of the purpose of the new Peer Review system that new entries now go through was to increase the amount of dialogue regarding an entry during the process.
