h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Wasn't working this morning around 8am, and still doesn't seem to be working. Searching for all entries does seem to work.

Using Firefox this is what I get (below). It was working the other day, as I was using it, I hope it wasn't me wot broked it.

The connection was reset

I've been getting the Cloudflare page every time I do an approved entry search, but only if I use this kind of h2g2 URL http://h2g2.com/entry/A87796453 If I go through http://h2g2.com/dna/h2g2/classic/A87796453 though, I have no problems.

And once I get the Cloudflare page I can't access any other h2g2 pages - I have to restart the browser (Firefox).

I believe we had a cache reset recently, which may have resulted in some extra Cloudflare pages. Cloudflare caches pages and presents them to the users, when the system itself is under heavy load, or the servers between the user and the site are slow. (as far as I understand things)
It works for static pages rather well, but for e.g. search results and entering posts and entries it doesn't have anything cached, and can't cache because it's a once-only thing, so it shows the message page instead.

I don't know what it's called, the new thing. It's still not working. I can go back to Brunel, but then I'd never leave again, and it doesn't solve the problem for anyone new coming along and wanting to find something.

Sounds odd. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Does it happen with all browsers?

It is working in Opera...

Clearing the cache didn't make it work btw, and I was logged out in Opera. When I logged in I got a different error page, but still saying there is no cached page available.
