hardly ever using the complete page
"I noticed this before, the info page is reduced to some links to the actual statistics.
Well, it is a good thing for the speed, the selected statistics load way faster then the composed page.
There is one item missing however the number of registrations since start does not appear on any page. It is this line missing I notice when I refresh the page and it swithced between 'normal' and the new version. "

No, Traveller, that section was intentionally left off. Now that DNA is open to Messageboards too, the count seemed a little meaningless as it includes multiple account holders and long-expired accounts that we can't revive. We have other ways of tracking useage now, so we decided to leave that detail off the new Info page.
And as for the reason for the changes, you're spot on
