I am aware that when an article is picked for the EG it is duplicated.
My question relates to how it is handled on my personal space.
I contributed a parageraph to A8567850 but I am not the author.
now in my column of guide entries appears A9564942
that is fine with me. My problem is that I don't want this entry in that column twice. If I were the sole author I could just delete
A8567850 and it would leave that column but since I am not I tried
by pressing remove my name. I have no objections to A9564942 and if they want to keep my name on it fine, but how do I get A8567850 out of my list???

There should be a link on the unedited entry - remove me from this entry. Try that.

Actually the button on the unedited entry said "remove my name"
about two hours after I pressed that it finally updated my list and the unedited entry was gone.

I clicked on this and two hours later the unedited entry dissapeared from my list. Are these updates done in Batch Mode I wonder. Anyway it is no longer a problem

Even when it's running normally (well, what passes for normal around these parts 
), the database doesn't update immediately.
