It seems like the info page is updating how long ago the recent postings were made, but not what the recent postings were...
seems odd and also kind of revokes that integrity of the real time quality of the whole page. Was the refresh rate of the page changed, as I remember it used to update (at least the recent forum postings) quite quickly, and it also isn't something cached that I got, as it does update how long ago the postings were made (r.g. 3 minutes ago) when I have just posted myself and I am sure other posted in the recent 2 minutes as well.
Did something change in the move to DNA?

It has worked like this for a while - certainly since we've been at the BBC. The Info page *is* cached for 5 minutes, but the dates displayed will always be correct because they are calculated from the absolute dates given to us from the cache.
I hope this makes sense.

I would prefare it cached every minute or so... well, you can't have it all.
