...is what Stephen Fry called it and it's a pet peeve of many. The way some Australians accelerate the intonation of every sentence so it becomes a question? It doesn't matter if it's not a question? It's always a question? Even though it's not?
OK, I didn't rise to the challenge? But you most definitely reminded me of AQIS? It should definitely be in the many compilations of acronyms out there?
