Unfortunately, it looks like Troubador, U46280, isn't frequently h2g2 any more. Also, I don't think that this is in the style of an edited guide entry.

Yeah. It looks like a newbie has submitted this, without really knowing what PR is all about. It you come back and read this, then, welcome to h2g2 
, and i hope you stick around long enough to learn about Peer review, it is a very confusing area of a very confusing site, so it is understandable that you might be confused.

I agree with RhoMuNuQ. I though I was going to read an article on Chat Rooms but ended reading an opinion of something that can be simply described with one word, anonymity.
Besides, it will need some editing to make it suitable even as it stands. One thing that makes me cringe is people who prefix sentences with "I mean". If you are lucid and coherent, there is no need to tell people this is what you mean. They will deduce that themselves from what you are saying.
