In the center is the Captain's Chair. There are 5 counsels for various jobs. Engineering, Helm, Sensors, Weapons, and Personnel. The Engineering Counsel controls all of the ships power and repairs. The Helm Counsel controls all the ships movements. The Sensor Counsel controls all of the ships sensors. The Weapons Counsel controls all of the ships weapons. The Personnel Counsel controls all of the ships personnel for prepariation for fighters and boarding parties, as well as ground troops. All of the counsels are run by senior staff.
